For the past two years, Valarie has been awarded the Gold Chairman’s Circle Award from Prudential Realty. Agents receiving this award are among the top 3% of all Prudential Real Estates Agents in North America. Valarie was able to achieve this award by successfully negotiating over 150 transactions per year.

Valarie takes pride in her understanding and devotion to the local community. This in part comes from being an entrepreneur over the last 20 years and an active community member serving on the Home Builders Association, Joint Advisory Group, Cape Breton University Art Advisory Board and as a continued Kiwanis club member.
